fall morning at honeymilk farm
A pretty, misty, fall morning today.
The spiders were busy last night. I saw a bunch of these on the morning rounds.
Chickens like to be petted, too. Goldie is hoping to get her beak on some of this cat food…
…but Mochi has other plans.
Emma wants to know if it is her turn to eat y-e-e-e-t?
Lucy chows down while serving up some foamy milk for our breakfast.
“Can I help you?”
Look at the loopy patterns the goats make in their yard. Like crop circles.
After the critters got fed, we decided to go for a walk. The colors seem muted this fall, but still lovely.
Our pond, caught in the mist…
Beautiful Sophie, upside down!
Heading back home to the yurt…
Bye! Have a good day!

"Dusi's Wings" April, 2003. . . .
"One thing fantasy can do for us is to give shape to the mysterious in the world; another is to make emotional yearning concrete. The early sections of "Dusi's Wings" do just that...there was a strong grasping towards the spiritual in fantasy here that was very promising, and I look forward to reading more by Lassiter." --review, Tangent Online.tags
