I enjoyed the post :D I've only ever broken my arm (not sprained my ankle). My sister tested the break because she didn't believe it. I still remember that but I guess I no longer hold it against her. Poor child didn't want to be responsible for broken armed sis. Took weeks to heal and I got bronchitis during that time.
