the circus comes to the yurt
Oh, man, I feel AWESOME today. I’m back on my absolute FAVORITE drug of choice: COFFEE. I am SO HAPPY about this. I’m AWAKE for the first time in WEEKS. (And there seems to be SOMETHING wrong with my CAPS key. It’s not ME. I SWEAR.)
In honor of my new delicious, caffeine induced mania, check it out: the circus came to the yurt! Painted Performers doing Death Defying Tricks, all before your Very Eyes!
First, the Strong Person Act!
Next, the Frog Girl Contortionist!
Here Luc does…Something Amazing! With A Strange Metal Thing!
While Sophie dances on the High Wire!
Improvisational Shadow Dance in Air! Applaud for the Lovely Luc!
And finally, [super extra long drumroll!] The Grand Finale! The Spectacular Sophie on the Flying Trapeze!
How DOES she do it?

"One thing fantasy can do for us is to give shape to the mysterious in the world; another is to make emotional yearning concrete. The early sections of "Dusi's Wings" do just that...there was a strong grasping towards the spiritual in fantasy here that was very promising, and I look forward to reading more by Lassiter." --review, Tangent Online.tags
